How to apply a fix or VsualTime database update

In order to obtain a fix or VisualTime database update you need to submit a request to VisualTime Product Support as instructed on this page.

Once you get notified by the Visualtime staff that the fix is available please follow the instructions below in order to apply to your system:

  1. Using  an internet browser open the page http://<your server name or IP address>/visualtime/support.aspx
  2.  Select "Apply fix" on that page. 
  3.  The requested fix will now be applied to your VisualTime system.
  4.  After the fix is applied you will need to close the VisualTime application and restart it in order to see the changes.
