How to update your account details on the VisualTiime payment processor's website


Follow the instructions below in order to:
  • Retrieve an invoice
  • Update credit card information or payment details
  • Update billing account details
  • Change or update account information - including log in name or password
1. On a desktop computer open your browser to the following page:
https://cp.bluesnap.com/jsp/account_login.jsp

2. Log in with your account information. If you forgot your username or password click on the Don’t know your username or password? link provided in the page. Follow the instructions on the page in order to reset your password. If you don't receive an email with password reset instructions in the next couple of minutes please check your Spam folder in your email program.




3. Once you have logged in to your account you will see the Customer Control panel where you can update your account details as needed.
